B.C. Medical Care Card
Suitable clothing
ICBC Claims:
ICBC claim #, ICBC adjuster's name, date of accident and doctor's referal.
WCB Claims:
Social Insurance Number, WCB claim #, date of injury and doctor's referal.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your session will be approximately 45 minutes in duration. It will consist of an assessment, treatment, education and exercise prescription.
